Roast in the oven for 12 minutes to partially cook the chicken and soften the broccoli.
Remove the tray from the oven and pour the orange glaze over the chicken and broccoli, tossing with tongs to ensure everything is well-coated.
Return the tray to the oven for another 5 to 8 minutes until the sauce has thickened into a sticky glaze and the chicken is fully cooked.
Serve the orange chicken and broccoli over the warm cooked brown rice.
Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
