2 large Bell peppers
0.13 cup Brown rice (cooked)
0.25 cup Onion
1 clove Garlic
0.5 cup Tomato puree
0.5 tbsp Parmesan cheese
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
0.5 tsp Dried oregano
0.5 tsp Olive oil

Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the diced onion until translucent.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula until browned and cooked through.
Stir in the minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and dried oregano, cooking for one minute until fragrant.
Fold in the cooked brown rice and half of the tomato puree until the mixture is well combined.
Stuff each bell pepper cavity generously with the beef and rice mixture and place them upright in the baking dish.
Spoon the remaining tomato puree over the tops of the peppers and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the peppers are tender.
