In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground turkey, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin.
Cook the turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the diced onion and red bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook for an additional 3 minutes until softened. Season the mixture with the sea salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and liquid egg whites.
Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and pour the egg mixture into the other side. Scramble until just set and fluffy.
Combine the turkey, vegetables, and eggs in a serving bowl.
Top with sliced avocado, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
