Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and place it on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
Trim the woody ends off the broccolini and arrange the stalks on the other side of the baking sheet.
In a small ramekin, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, sea salt, and black pepper.
Brush half of the herb oil mixture over the top of the salmon fillet, pressing it down to form a crust.
Drizzle the remaining herb oil over the broccolini and toss well to ensure even coating.
Roast in the center of the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the broccolini is tender with slightly crisped edges.
Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle the fresh lemon juice over both the salmon and the vegetables before serving.
