Dip the chicken breast into the egg wash, coating both sides, then dredge it through the almond flour mixture until fully coated.
Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray the top with olive oil.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from the oven, spoon the marinara sauce over the chicken, and top with the mozzarella cheese.
Return to the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
While the chicken rests, spiralize the zucchini into noodles and lightly steam or sauté them for 2 minutes until just tender.
Serve the chicken parmesan over the zucchini noodles and garnish with freshly chopped basil.
