While the potatoes roast, place the ground chicken in a bowl and mix with the remaining sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and oregano, then form into four small, even patties.
Remove the pan from the oven, push the potatoes to one side, and add the trimmed green beans and chicken patties to the empty space.
Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the green beans and return the pan to the oven for another 15 to 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden.
