In a separate shallow dish, combine the almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper.
Dip the chicken breast into the egg wash, letting any excess drip off, then press firmly into the almond flour mixture until fully coated.
Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and spoon the marinara sauce over the center of the chicken.
Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
