Sesame-Ginger Chicken with Garlic Noodles
Sautéed chicken breast tossed in a zesty sesame-ginger glaze and served over garlic-infused soba noodles with crisp snap peas.
INGREDIENTS
5 oz Chicken breast
2 oz Dry soba noodles
1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp Coconut aminos
1 tsp Fresh ginger
2 cloves Garlic
1 cup Sugar snap peas
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Green onions
PREPARATION
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the soba noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season evenly with the sea salt and black pepper.
Heat the toasted sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken to the skillet and sear until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 5 to 6 minutes.
Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and sugar snap peas, sautéing for 2 minutes until the peas are tender-crisp.
Add the cooked soba noodles and coconut aminos to the pan, tossing vigorously to coat all ingredients in the sauce.
Transfer to a bowl and garnish with sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions before serving.
