Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the potato into thin wedges and toss in a bowl with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
While the potatoes cook, heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Season the turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika once fully cooked.
In a separate small pan, cook the bacon slice until crisp, then drain on a paper towel and crumble into small bits.
Arrange the crispy fries on a plate or oven-safe dish, top with the seasoned turkey, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Place the loaded fries back in the air fryer or under a broiler for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Garnish with a dollop of plain Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of sliced green onions before serving.
