While the pasta cooks, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
Cook the beef until fully browned, then drain any excess fat from the pan.
Reduce the heat to medium, add the olive oil and minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté for 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant.
Stir in the sea salt, black pepper, and dried oregano to evenly coat the beef.
Add the beef broth to the skillet to deglaze, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Toss in the baby spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until just wilted.
Drain the pasta and add it directly to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
