Place the salmon fillet on a plate and brush half of the lemon-herb mixture over the top.
Toss the asparagus spears and cherry tomatoes with the remaining lemon-herb mixture in a separate bowl.
Season the salmon and vegetables evenly with sea salt and black pepper.
Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Add the asparagus and tomatoes to the grill, using a grill basket for the tomatoes if needed, and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Carefully flip the salmon and grill for another 3 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove everything from the grill and serve the salmon hot alongside the charred vegetables.
