Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss the cubed red potatoes with half of the olive oil, garlic powder, and a pinch of sea salt.
Spread the potatoes on the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
Add the trimmed asparagus to the baking sheet, drizzle with the remaining olive oil, and roast for another 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender and golden.
While the vegetables finish roasting, season the salmon fillet with the remaining sea salt and black pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and place the salmon skin-side down, pressing gently with a spatula for 4-5 minutes until the skin is very crisp.
Flip the salmon carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the fish is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Plate the salmon with the roasted potatoes and asparagus, finishing with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice over the fish and vegetables.
