0.2 whole Avocado
0.25 cup Shelled edamame

1 tsp Rice vinegar
1 tsp Tamari
1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
0.5 tsp Avocado oil
0.13 tsp Sea salt

Pat the salmon fillet dry and season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat avocado oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and sear the salmon for 4 minutes until the skin is crispy, then flip and cook for 3-4 more minutes until cooked through.
In a small bowl, gently fold the rice vinegar into the warm cooked sushi rice to season it.
Steam the shelled edamame in a small amount of water until bright green and tender.
Slice the avocado into thin wedges and the cucumber into half-moons.
Place the seasoned rice in the center of a bowl and top with the pan-seared salmon.
Arrange the avocado, edamame, and cucumber slices around the salmon.
Finish the bowl by drizzling with tamari and sprinkling with toasted sesame seeds.
