Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the chickpea pasta according to package instructions, adding the broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of boiling.
While the pasta is cooking, press the firm tofu to remove excess moisture and cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
Finely chop the turkey bacon and mince the garlic.
Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the tofu cubes and turkey bacon to the skillet, sautéing for 6-8 minutes until the tofu is golden brown on all sides and the bacon is crispy.
Stir in the minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper, cooking for another 60 seconds until fragrant.
Drain the pasta and broccoli, reserving about 2 tablespoons of the cooking water.
Add the drained pasta, broccoli, and reserved water to the skillet with the tofu and bacon.
Toss everything together over low heat, then sprinkle with nutritional yeast and fresh lemon juice before serving hot.
