Peel and dice the sweet potato into small cubes.
Steam the sweet potato and cauliflower rice together until the potato is fork-tender, about 8-10 minutes.
While the potatoes steam, season the salmon fillet with half of the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon skin-side up in the pan and sear for 4 minutes until golden and crisp.
Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through, then remove from the pan.
In the same pan, quickly sauté the green beans with a splash of water for 3 minutes until bright green and tender.
Mash the steamed sweet potato and cauliflower rice together with the remaining seasonings and lemon juice until smooth.
Assemble the bowl by layering the mash at the bottom, topped with the seared salmon and green beans.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
