Pan-Seared Salmon with Crab and Asparagus
Pan-seared salmon topped with succulent lump crab meat and served alongside crisp-tender asparagus for a bright and buttery finish.
INGREDIENTS
4 oz Salmon fillet
3 oz Lump crab meat
1 cup Asparagus spears
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Lemon juice
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Fresh dill
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Place the salmon skin-side down in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden.
Flip the salmon and add the asparagus spears to the empty side of the pan.
Cook the salmon for another 3 minutes while sautéing the asparagus until tender and lightly charred.
Stir in the minced garlic and lump crab meat, cooking for 1-2 minutes just until the crab is heated through.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon, crab, and asparagus, then garnish with fresh dill before serving.
