Pan-seared salmon fillets coated in a sticky ginger-garlic glaze, served over a bed of riced cauliflower and vibrant steamed broccoli.
INGREDIENTS
6.5 oz Salmon fillet
1 tsp Avocado oil
2 tbsp Coconut aminos
1 tsp Honey
0.5 tsp Fresh ginger
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
1 cup Cauliflower rice
1 cup Broccoli florets
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Sesame seeds
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon dry and season with sea salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the salmon skin-side up for 4 minutes.
Flip the salmon, pour the glaze into the pan, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens and the salmon is flaky.
While salmon cooks, steam the broccoli florets and sauté the cauliflower rice with toasted sesame oil in a separate pan until tender.
Plate the cauliflower rice and broccoli, top with the glazed salmon, and garnish with sesame seeds.
