1 cup Asparagus
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
0.25 tsp Garlic powder
0.5 whole Lemon

Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and toss with half the olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper on the prepared sheet.

Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and season both sides with remaining salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place salmon skin-side down in the pan and sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is golden and crispy.
Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Serve the salmon with roasted asparagus and a fresh squeeze of lemon juice.
