In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and melt the grass-fed butter.
Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the butter, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
Drain the pasta, reserving 2 tablespoons of the pasta water.
Add the cooked pasta, chicken, baby spinach, and reserved pasta water to the skillet.
Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until the spinach is wilted and the sauce coats the pasta.
Remove from heat, stir in the fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
