Baked Salmon with Lemon-Dill Sauce
Flaky salmon fillet oven-baked to perfection and topped with a bright, creamy lemon-dill sauce alongside crisp-tender roasted asparagus.
INGREDIENTS
7 oz Salmon fillet
1 cup Asparagus spears
0.5 tbsp Olive oil
0.25 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Fresh dill
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 clove Garlic
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillet and the trimmed asparagus spears on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over both the salmon and asparagus, then season with half of the sea salt and black pepper.
Bake in the center of the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon bakes, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, minced garlic, and the remaining salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Remove the tray from the oven and serve the salmon immediately, topped generously with the creamy lemon-dill sauce.
