Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap and gently pound with a meat mallet until it is an even half-inch thickness.
In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg white until slightly frothy.
In a second shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, grated parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, sea salt, and black pepper.
Dip the chicken breast into the egg white, letting any excess drip off, then press into the almond flour mixture until evenly coated on both sides.
Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the chicken is nearly cooked through.
Remove from the oven and spoon the marinara sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Return to the oven for another 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
While the chicken finishes, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the zucchini noodles for 2 minutes until just tender.
Serve the chicken parmesan over the bed of zucchini noodles and garnish with freshly chopped basil.
