In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes until they begin to blister.
Boil the potato gnocchi for 2 to 3 minutes or until they float to the surface, then drain them.
Add the cooked gnocchi, sliced chicken, baby spinach, and basil pesto to the skillet with the tomatoes.
Toss everything together over low heat until the spinach is wilted and the gnocchi is coated, then finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
