Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Pound the chicken breast between two pieces of parchment paper to an even thickness and season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.
In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg white until it becomes light and frothy.
In a separate shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, grated parmesan, dried oregano, and garlic powder.
Dip the chicken breast into the egg white, then dredge it in the almond flour mixture, pressing firmly to ensure a thick, even coating.
Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until the crust is golden brown.
Spoon the marinara sauce over the top of the seared chicken and layer the fresh mozzarella slices on top of the sauce.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
While the chicken is finishing, quickly sauté the zucchini noodles in a separate non-stick pan for 2 minutes until just tender.
Plate the zucchini noodles, top with the crispy chicken parmesan, and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
