Chili Garlic Noodles with Chicken
Pan-seared chicken strips tossed with tender soba noodles in a vibrant chili-garlic sauce, finished with crisp bok choy for a satisfying crunch.
INGREDIENTS
5 oz Chicken breast
1.5 oz Soba noodles
1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
1 tsp Chili crunch oil
1 cup Bok choy
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Fresh ginger
1 tbsp Tamari
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
1 stalk Green onion
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
PREPARATION
Bring a medium pot of water to a boil and cook the soba noodles according to package directions, then drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.
Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and season evenly with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat the toasted sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and sear the chicken strips until golden brown and fully cooked.
Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped bok choy to the skillet, sautéing for about 2 minutes until the bok choy is bright green and slightly tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together the tamari, rice vinegar, and chili crunch oil to create the sauce.
Add the cooked soba noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce over the ingredients, tossing vigorously until the noodles are well-coated and everything is heated through.
Remove from heat and garnish with thinly sliced green onions before serving immediately.
