YOUR SOLIN GENERATED RECIPE
Seared Salmon with Steamed Green Beans and Lentils
Pan-seared salmon fillet served over earthy green lentils and tender steamed green beans, finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon for a bright, zesty zing.
INGREDIENTS
5.5 oz Salmon Fillet
90g Cooked Green Lentils
110g Fresh Green Beans
0.5 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
PREPARATION
Season the salmon fillet on both sides with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Place the salmon in the pan skin-side down and sear for 4 to 5 minutes until the skin is crisp.
Carefully flip the fillet and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
While the salmon cooks, steam the green beans in a steamer basket over boiling water for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Warm the pre-cooked lentils in a small saucepan or microwave until heated through.
Arrange the lentils on a plate, top with the steamed green beans and seared salmon, and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
