Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the zucchini into thin batons (fries) and place them in a bowl.
Toss the zucchini fries with the almond flour, garlic powder, half of the sea salt, and half of the black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the zucchini fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
While the fries roast, combine the ground turkey, whisked egg, onion powder, and the remaining salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Gently form the turkey mixture into two equal-sized patties, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the turkey patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Place each turkey patty inside a large butter lettuce leaf to serve as a wrap.
Plate the burgers alongside the hot zucchini fries and enjoy immediately.
