0 tsp olive oil
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
Stir in the cooked brown rice, tomato sauce, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
Place the bell peppers in a small baking dish and fill them evenly with the beef and rice mixture.
Top each pepper with the shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
Add a splash of water to the bottom of the baking dish and cover tightly with foil.
