In a separate dry pan, warm the whole wheat tortilla for 30 seconds per side until soft and slightly toasted.
Spread the mashed avocado in the center of the tortilla, top with the turkey and egg scramble, and finish with fresh salsa.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to serve.
