PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and toss with half of the olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper.
Spread asparagus on the baking sheet and roast for 12 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
Pat the salmon dry and season both sides with sea salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Place salmon skin-side down and sear for 5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Flip the salmon and cook for 3 minutes until the center is just opaque.
