Cook the turkey until it is thoroughly browned and cooked through, approximately 7 to 8 minutes.
Slice the baked sweet potato down the center and fluff the inside flesh with a fork.
Stuff the turkey mixture into the sweet potato and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
