Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the squash is tender and the edges are golden brown.
While the squash cooks, combine the Greek yogurt, feta cheese, and lemon juice in a small food processor or blender. Pulse until the mixture is light and whipped.
Spread the whipped feta yogurt onto a plate or shallow bowl.
Top the yogurt base with the warm air-fried squash.
Garnish the dish with hemp seeds and freshly chopped parsley before serving.
