Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
In a medium bowl, toss the tofu cubes with nutritional yeast, sea salt, and black pepper until well coated.
Heat the toasted sesame oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the tofu to the skillet and sear for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown and slightly crispy.
Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.
Add the broccoli florets, sliced bell peppers, and edamame to the same pan with a tablespoon of water, covering for 2 minutes to steam-soften.
Remove the lid and stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
Return the tofu to the pan and drizzle with tamari, tossing everything together for 1-2 minutes to glaze.
Transfer to a plate and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
