Beef and Broccoli Ramen Stir-Fry
Sautéed flank steak and crisp broccoli florets tossed with tender brown rice ramen in a savory, ginger-infused tamari glaze.
INGREDIENTS
5 oz Flank steak
1 cup Broccoli
1 oz Brown rice ramen noodles
1 tbsp Tamari
0.5 tsp Toasted sesame oil
1 tsp Fresh ginger
1 clove Garlic
0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes
0.5 tsp Avocado oil
0.5 tsp Raw honey
PREPARATION
Cook the brown rice ramen noodles in boiling water according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the tamari, toasted sesame oil, minced ginger, minced garlic, and raw honey to create the stir-fry sauce.
Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add the thinly sliced flank steak to the skillet in a single layer and sear until browned, approximately 2 minutes per side.
Toss in the broccoli florets with a tablespoon of water, cover the pan, and steam for 2 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
Remove the lid and add the cooked ramen noodles and the prepared sauce to the skillet.
Stir-fry everything together for 1 minute until the sauce has thickened and the ingredients are thoroughly coated.
Garnish with red pepper flakes and serve immediately while hot.
