Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel and cube the sweet potato into 1/2-inch pieces, then toss them on the baking sheet with 0.5 tsp of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Roast the sweet potatoes for 15 minutes until they begin to soften.
Trim the ends of the broccolini and add them to the baking sheet, tossing with the remaining 0.5 tsp of olive oil and another pinch of salt.
Return the vegetables to the oven for another 10-12 minutes until the broccolini is tender and slightly charred.
While vegetables roast, whisk together the honey, coconut aminos, and garlic powder in a small bowl to create the glaze.
Season the salmon fillet with the remaining salt and pepper, then sear in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for 4 minutes on the first side.
Flip the salmon, pour the glaze into the pan, and cook for another 3-4 minutes, spooning the bubbling glaze over the fish until it becomes thick and glossy.
Serve the glazed salmon immediately alongside the roasted sweet potatoes and broccolini.
