Air-Fried Honey-Garlic Chicken Thighs
Air-fried chicken thighs glazed in a sticky honey-garlic sauce, served over nutty brown rice with vibrant, crisp-tender broccoli florets.
INGREDIENTS
5 oz Boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Tamari
2 cloves Garlic
0.5 tsp Fresh ginger
1 tsp Sesame oil
1.5 cups Broccoli florets
0.5 cup Cooked brown rice
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
PREPARATION
Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, tamari, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.
Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket and brush half of the honey-garlic sauce over the top.
Cook in the air fryer at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through and brushing with the remaining sauce.
While the chicken is cooking, steam the broccoli florets until they reach a bright green, crisp-tender texture.
Serve the glazed chicken thighs over the warm brown rice with the steamed broccoli on the side.
