1 cup Fresh baby spinach

0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook jumbo shells in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked and crumbly.
Stir the marinara sauce into the turkey and simmer for 2 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
