INGREDIENTS
5 oz Chicken breast
1 medium Russet potato
2 tbsp Almond flour
1 large Egg white
1 tsp Olive oil
0.5 tsp Smoked paprika
0.5 tsp Garlic powder
0.25 tsp Onion powder
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the potato into thin wedges, toss with olive oil and a pinch of salt, then spread on half the baking sheet.
Cut chicken breast into even strips.
In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg white; in another bowl, combine almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken strip into the egg white, then coat thoroughly in the almond flour mixture.
Place chicken on the other half of the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden and chicken is cooked through.
