Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the lean ground beef, egg, almond flour, finely diced onion, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Gently mix the ingredients by hand until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat which can make it tough.
Shape the mixture into a compact rectangular loaf and place it in the prepared baking dish.
Wrap the bacon slices over the top and sides of the meatloaf, tucking the ends underneath.
Brush 1 tablespoon of the sugar-free BBQ sauce evenly over the top of the bacon.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
While the meatloaf bakes, steam the green beans until tender-crisp.
Brush the remaining tablespoon of BBQ sauce onto the meatloaf and broil for 2 minutes to crisp the bacon.
Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving alongside the steamed green beans.
