Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the broccoli florets on the baking sheet and toss with 0.5 tablespoons of olive oil, half of the sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Roast the broccoli for 12 minutes.
While the broccoli is roasting, prepare the kale by removing tough stems and tearing into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, add the kale, and toss everything with the remaining seasonings and a small splash of oil if needed. Return to the oven for 5-8 minutes until the kale is crispy.
Season the chicken breast with the remaining salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with the remaining 0.5 tablespoons of olive oil.
Sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from the pan and let it rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
Arrange the roasted vegetables on a plate, top with the sliced chicken, and finish with a dollop of crème fraîche and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
