Bacon Cheddar Beef Patties
Seared grass-fed beef patties topped with sharp melted cheddar and crispy bacon, served over a bed of fresh baby spinach.
INGREDIENTS
2 whole Kirkland 100% grass-fed beef patties
3 slice Cooked bacon
1 slice Cheddar cheese
0.25 tbsp Avocado oil
0.5 tsp Sea salt
0.5 tsp Black pepper
0.5 tsp Garlic powder
2 cup Baby spinach
PREPARATION
Season both sides of the grass-fed beef patties evenly with the sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat the avocado oil in a large cast-iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Place the beef patties in the skillet and sear for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until they reach your preferred level of doneness.
During the final minute of cooking, place one slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and layer the pre-cooked bacon slices on top.
Cover the skillet with a lid for 30 to 45 seconds to help the cheese melt quickly and warm the bacon through.
Place the fresh baby spinach on a plate as a base and top with the hot bacon cheddar patties to serve immediately.
