Pan-seared grass-fed beef patty topped with sharp melted cheddar and crispy bacon, served alongside fried eggs over a bed of fresh spinach.
INGREDIENTS
6 oz Grass-fed ground beef
3 slice Cooked bacon
2 oz Sharp cheddar cheese
2 large Eggs
0.25 whole Avocado
0.25 tbsp Avocado oil
0.5 tsp Sea salt
0.5 tsp Black pepper
0.5 tsp Garlic powder
2 cup Baby spinach
PREPARATION
Form the grass-fed ground beef into one thick patty and season both sides with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat the avocado oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until it begins to shimmer.
Place the beef patty in the skillet and sear for 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium doneness.
During the last minute of cooking, top the patty with the sharp cheddar cheese and cooked bacon slices, covering with a lid to melt the cheese.
Remove the patty from the skillet and set aside, then crack the eggs into the same pan and fry to your preference until the whites are set.
Arrange the baby spinach and sliced avocado on a plate, then top with the bacon cheddar patty and the fried eggs to serve immediately.
