Place the salmon fillet, diced zucchini, and diced red peppers on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the salmon and vegetables with olive oil, then sprinkle evenly with sea salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flaky and the vegetables are tender.
While the salmon roasts, zest half of the blood orange and squeeze the juice into a small mixing bowl.
Drain the cooked orzo and toss it with the blood orange juice and zest until the grains are well coated.
Plate the citrus-infused orzo and top with the roasted salmon and vegetables to serve.
