Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add half of the olive oil.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Season the turkey with half of the sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
Cook the turkey until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the rinsed black beans and fresh spinach, cooking until the spinach is just wilted.
Transfer the turkey and spinach mixture to a plate and keep warm.
Wipe the skillet clean, add the remaining olive oil, and return to medium-low heat.
Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with the remaining salt and pepper.
Fry the eggs until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny, then slide them onto the turkey hash.
