Heat the sesame oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the tofu cubes to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until a golden-brown crust forms.
Add the shelled edamame to the skillet during the last 2 minutes of cooking, stirring frequently to warm through.
Plate the crispy tofu and edamame alongside the roasted broccoli and serve immediately.
