In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, egg white, and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth and creamy.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the almond base in the ramekin.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the edges are set but the center still has a slight jiggle.
While the cheesecake bakes, place the mixed berries and lemon juice in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Simmer the berries for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they break down into a thick and jammy compote.
Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least one hour to firm up.
Top the chilled cheesecake with the berry compote just before serving.
