Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it into small crumbles with a spatula.
Season the turkey with dried oregano, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper, cooking until browned and fully cooked through.
Once the vegetables are done, add them to the skillet with the turkey and toss everything together to combine flavors.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
