Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel and cube the sweet potato into half-inch pieces, then toss with half of the olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.
Spread the sweet potatoes on one side of the baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes.
While the potatoes roast, mince the garlic and combine it with the rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and the remaining olive oil to create a herb paste.
Rub the herb paste evenly over all sides of the pork tenderloin.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, move the potatoes to one side, and place the pork tenderloin on the other side.
Return the sheet to the oven and roast for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
While the pork and potatoes finish, steam the green beans in a small amount of water until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before slicing into thick medallions.
Serve the sliced pork alongside the roasted sweet potatoes and steamed green beans, seasoning the vegetables with garlic powder if desired.
