Heat the remaining teaspoon of avocado oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the beef strips for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
Plate the sweet potato mash, top with the seared beef, and serve with the roasted broccoli on the side.
