Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes and place them in a bowl.
Toss the tofu cubes with nutritional yeast, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Heat the toasted sesame oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the tofu to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until the edges are golden and crispy.
Add the broccoli florets, sliced red bell pepper, and edamame to the skillet with the tofu.
In a small jar, whisk together the tamari, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
Pour the sauce over the tofu and vegetables, tossing frequently for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
