Stir the rinsed black beans into the turkey mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are heated through.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and lime juice to create a smooth dressing.
Assemble the bowl by placing the baby spinach at the bottom, then topping with the turkey and bean mixture and the roasted sweet potatoes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and drizzle the lime-yogurt sauce over the top before serving.
